Tucked away in the fashionable Queen's Arcade in Belfast, Ireland, fashion designer Lizzie Agnew runs the boutique, Atelier, where she creates handmade, custom dresses and gowns using fine fabrics like taffeta and velvet. She specializes in 20's - 50's couture fashion. Pictured here is one of her gorgeous gowns. I love the beautiful material, stunning shades of blue, pleated hem and detailing on the bodice.
