Just look at these gorgeous bracelets made by Eric Silva, a Los Angeles artist whose 'wearable sculpture' (his term) is inspired by nature. He uses a combination of 'eco-conscious' materials like semi-precious stones, rustic metals, and even bones, which he sometimes stains with herbed teas and coffee to add depth and character. Silva's pieces include movable parts, too. The bracelet above is made of titanium, antler bone, sterling silver and rubies. Silva says, "I draw my inspiration from the often overlooked simplicity of beauty found in the ordinary." It's easy to see why Silva is making a name for himself. You can see more at Eric Silva.
