Jacob Vaughn Gushue is an artist living in San Francisco, CA, who runs a one-man screen-printing and leatherworking shop called Project TransAction. Gushue's mission is to create eco-friendly cuffs, collars and belts that are affordable and thought provoking. His works are made by hand out of deconstructed and reused leather. Check out the butterfly cuff (left) made from dark mahogany hand-dyed leather with hand-screened butterfly and ribbon lacing. How about the periodic table wrist cuff (below), which is hand-dyed and screen-printed with black steel studding? Cuffs are made to order. See more at Project TransAction on Etsy.
