Nature Inspired Jewelry by Ineke Otte

Ineke Otte of the Netherlands admits to creating 'alienating' jewelry by using creatures such as rats or pigs as her ornaments. She often combines  animals, in this case, lady bugs, with pearls. Otte, who has been creating jewelry for 25 years, likes to use contrasting materials to dazzle and engage her viewers. I like the combination of child-like lady bugs and adult-like pearls of this necklace. How about you?
